It supports Exchange Server via IMAP4. I'm not sure if it's flawless or not though. On a similar note, ATT just announced a business rate plan.

No. We all got iPhones as a bonus last year but I took it back because I'm a heavy mobile email user on the Windows Exchange platform. Can't do that with iPhone. Also AT&T here was really slow compared to my Sprint network and even hacked it wouldn't work with the EV-DO.
